We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your gîte and the balance payment falls due six weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning service
In order that the cottage remains clean and maintained a mandatory charge of €50 in cash is required at the end of your stay. Cancellations and refunds
We understand that holiday plans sometimes change and so we endeavor to provide a refund if you need to cancel. Full refunds will be given if the cancellation is made two full months prior to the booked arrival date. Fifty per cent will be refunded at 6 weeks notice. When lesser notice is given, we can unfortunately only consider refunds if we are able to find a replacement letting. Deposit for damages
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to pay €150 cash as a holding deposit to safeguard against excessive damages beyond minor breakages and normal wear and tear. All being well, this deposit will be posted back to you at home after your departure.
